[TRIAL TRANSCRIPT PART 84] - Darlie Routier POST-Trial - Court’s Ruling on Darlie’s Appeal

In this episode, you’ll hear the courts opinion on Darlie’s appeal. However, a vast majority of the episode is simply a summary of what the court ruled. The first portion, called the “Claims regarding the record” is verbatim because it addresses issues about the court reporter’s record that I didn’t cover in full in other episodes. After that, however, are simply the responses to Darlie’s 14 points of error that she submitted to the courts for her appeal.
